I experiment with AI and automation to solve real problems, from business development and content to everyday planning.
Some start with a problem in my own workflow. Others come from something a friend or client keeps doing by hand.
Human in the loop
What I’ve built
Useful systems, not shiny toys.
I’m not chasing every new AI tool. If it solves the problem and fits how I work, it’s a good tool.
🎯Business development
Business Development OS
Finds commercial signals, scores leads, finds the right contact and drafts outreach. Nothing is sent until I approve it.

Start from a feeding guide
Uses an approved nutrition guide and structured weekly meal data instead of generating meals from scratch each day.
Also supports future-week generation, preview and approval, plus a weekly check-in based on feeding history.
How I think about it
Useful beats impressive.
01
Start with the friction
I do not begin with “where can I use AI?” I start with the part that is repetitive, slow or unnecessarily hard.
02
Automate selectively
Not every step should be automated. Research and admin are great candidates. Judgement often is not.
03
Keep the human in control
Especially when something affects another person, I prefer systems that prepare the work and leave the decision with the human.
04
Build for actual use
If a workflow saves ten minutes once but takes hours to maintain, it probably is not a better way to work.
Tools I currently reach for: n8n, Claude, Supabase, Google Workspace and whatever else makes sense for the problem.
Still experimenting
The Lab is where I document what actually helps.
Some systems stick. Some get rebuilt. Some turn out more complicated than the manual process. That’s part of the fun.
