Hi, I’m Shi Hui.

I’m an independent consultant based in Singapore, working across business development, partnerships, innovation programmes and content.

For a decade I’ve connected dots across Southeast Asia and China: companies with markets, corporates with startups, ideas with the right partners.

The through-line

I tend to gravitate towards things that are still taking shape.

A new market to figure out. A programme to build from scratch. A partnership that needs someone to move it forward. An idea that needs to be easier to understand.

The format has changed, from startup ecosystems to corporate innovation, regional BD, programmes, content and now AI-assisted workflows. What I enjoy hasn’t: figuring things out and turning something vague into something real.
